We’ve been featured! We’ve been featured! We’ve been featured!!!!

I was practically hopping up + down when Kirstin, one of the lovely ladies over at Weddings Unveiled, emailed me to tell me that Heather + Tyler’s beach nuptials had been featured on the blog!

I love Weddings Unveiled! It was definitely THE go to source for when Michael + I were planning our wedding, and we are so thrilled and honored to have been featured on their site. Who knew a few years ago that it would happen to us, huh? :D

{one for the money, two for the show}

We simply cannot wait for May. Because we get to see our friends Sonya + Hester and shoot their what-i’m-sure-is-going-to-be-a-PARTAY wedding!

You have probably heard me say this before, but one of the best parts about my job is that we get to out with people who are in love and are just fun to be around. This only minutely describes Sonya + Hester. The first time that Sonya and I talked on the phone, we just clicked and I knew that she was someone that I would have as a lifelong friend.

And when we met them at our Atlanta hotel, Michael + I both knew that we were going to have a great time because both Sonya + Hester were down for anything we did.After trekking all over Piedmont Park, we headed into downtown ATL for some awesome Italian food, vino, and good conversation. It was SO FUN getting to know these two. :D

You guys, we love ya’ll. We are so excited for the wedding and we MUST hang out again before then! (we have a vacant room, come stay with us!!) :D

Sonya + Hester share a love of music and they met at a concert at the Fox Theatre, and since our hotel was right across the street, we had to stop there first!
The one above and below were taken in a parking lot. Just goes to show, we rock it out anywhere! Just kidding. Ok, i’ll go eat some humble pie now. ;)

On October 17, we had a cold snap. Actually, one could say that we a had a cold AND wind snap. It was a very chilly 50 degrees (what can I say? I’m a Florida girl! That’s COLD!!!) when Michael + I left the house to shoot Heather + Tyler’s AWESOME wedding in Destin, and we kept assuring each other that “it will warm up once we are on the beach”.

Not so much. :D As a matter of fact, it got colder… and windy-er.

The cold was not going to put a damper on our mood or on how ridiculously cool Heather + Tyler are (no pun intended) . :D I cannot say enough about this wedding and how much we enjoyed being a part of it. From day one, both Heather + Tyler have made us feel like a part of their families and we felt completely comfortable and welcomed by all.

Heather + Tyler are meant for each other. It just radiates out of every part of them. We are so thrilled and honored to be a part of your lives and thank you for being our friends. WE LOVE YOU!!!

Sit back and enjoy, this is a big’un. :D

We’re in “Hot-lanta” (Atlanta, and yes, saying that makes me think I am SO much cooler than I actually am… :D ) for Hester + Sonya’s loveshoot, and let me tell you, they are so awesome and we just adore them! We have new friends! :D :D :D

The little nip in the air is telling me that the holiday season is just around the corner again. :D

That means it’s time to brew some hot apple cider, plan holiday parties, spend time with loved ones, and start sending out some Christmas cheer!
