A laid-back coastal theme anchored in conservation saw environmental aficionados Molly and Drew celebrate their love for one another— and the ocean— with a relaxed gathering at Florida’s Rosemary Beach. Rather than the familiar dinner and dancing late into the night, the Californian couple celebrated their appreciation for light and warmth by making their wedding breakfast literal. A family-style brunch followed mid-morning vows, in which simplicity and sustainability took center stage.
A vision of understated elegance in a modest spaghetti strap gown, Molly and her maids opted for handwoven fans in place of flowers— a detail that observed her eco-friendly attitude— while Drew and his groomsmen wore matching suits, shirts, and sports shoes in casual tones of cream and white. Hints of seaglass blue enhanced the boho beach vibe for a modern yet minimalist morning of celebrations.
Before finding their seats at king tables dressed in crisp white linen, guests were invited to create a beach bag of natural products that not only highlighted the couple’s passion to end pollution, but the chosen colors of the day. Rejuvenating food and beverages included fresh salads and thirst-quenching coconuts, as well as poolside popsicle drinks perfect for cooling off beneath the Floridian palms.
