Caroline and Henry’s wedding took place in Seaside, Florida—a place that felt less like a destination and more like home. They were married in the whitewashed chapel at the center of town, with Caroline’s uncle officiating and their closest people gathered in the pews. The ceremony was heartfelt and bright, shaped by memory, family, and a quiet honoring of those no longer present.
Afterward, guests made their way to the Lyceum Lawn for a tented celebration beneath the trees. The reception felt like an extension of the landscape—layered with soft color, textured florals, and subtle nods to the coast. Caroline wore a printed Monique Lhuillier gown, a little unexpected, a little romantic, with borrowed pearls from her sister.
The evening moved easily between dinner, dancing, and a few well-timed sports victories—joy taking on every shape. They ended the night with a golf cart ride through town, the sea just out of reach but always nearby.
